The Scholarship is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study and six years of graduate study, as long as the recipient continues to meet the eligibility requirements.

High school seniors can apply for the Washington DC Scholarships 2023 program. The program offers full and partial tuition scholarships to students who attend an accredited two or four-year college or university in the District of Columbia. In order to be eligible, students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
Current college students can also apply for the Washington DC Scholarships 2023 program. Applicants must be attending a college or university located in the District of Columbia and show proof that they are enrolled as full-time students. Students with a 3.0 GPA will receive 50% scholarship assistance while those with lower GPAs will receive less assistance.
